We have a full-time position available on our shop floor (Metal Technician) and in our shipping department (Shipping Clerk). Please read below to understand our culture and the positions.
This area of operations is physically demanding and will require multitasking with multiple types of equipment while meeting deadlines for projects. Individuals should be self-motivated, punctual, eager to learn new skills and comfortable working on their feet. The ideal candidate should be capable of lifting up to 50lbs and enjoy working in a shop environment. Minimal experience is necessary as training will be provided – a positive, team oriented attitude is required to be successful in this role. Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with overtime as required. Following the first 90 days of employment, skills will be assessed and compensation adjusted as appropriate. Must pass drug screening and background check.
Needs to be highly a motivated, self-starter to be successful as a Shipping Clerk. Must be organized and able to plan ahead. Position will require standing, bending, moving and lifting for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Use of UPS, FedEx, Microsoft Office, Adobe, ERP system and forklift experience is preferred but can be trained. Previous exporting experience is recommended but training will also be provided. Consistent attendance is essential. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with overtime as required. Following the first 90 days of employment, skills will be assessed and compensation adjusted as appropriate. Must pass drug screening and background check.
